How can I remove the "Need Help" button?

Anybody know to do this? I know it can be done my looking at this blog.

I'm wanting have it removed to protect myself if someone wanted to make a bogus report to CPAlead about me.

Hi BEK,

I don't know how to remove the button; but I caution against doing that as you may alienate legitimate visitors to your site who may genuinely need help.

You'll always have that 1 visitor who is up to no good and has malicious intentions. Heck, I think we all have visitors like that. However, 1 bad person, shouldn't spoil it for everyone.
